Branson plastic welding systems are in operation in many countries of the world. In order to provide improved service for our systems even to remote sites we have developed the Branson TeleService for online consulting. TeleService will step in when machines malfunction, operational errors occur or even when there are questions concerning applications.
In addition to conventional remote administrative functions Branson offers – heeding the multiple requests of its clientele – a new industrial service: The use of modern technology, backed up by instant availability of competent advisors, results in precise and effective assistance in real time online in cases of malfunction or urgent information need. This saves time and lowers costs. Optionally an additional video analysis is available.
The 2000mc control computer (ultrasonic welding) and VC 100 (vibration welding) have laid the groundwork for a global customer service network that enables us to service our machines and systems online.
